Chicago-based, by way of Long Island, NY: Michelle Miller is a printmaker and painter creating large-scale work that consists primarily of abstract patterns and vibrant colors, often relevant to their queer identity. Miller is currently a resident artist at Flatiron Press in Boulder, Colorado. Miller typically travels with headphones, a sketchbook and healthy homemade snacks, but this time, they’ll be packing paint markers, gouache, tape, pencils, paintbrushes, and a portfolio of paper.
